Job Description: As a React/MUI Engineer at Stepes, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of our advanced translation management system. You will be part of a dynamic team, working to create solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of translation processes, ensuring the best possible experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the front-end of our translation management system using React and Material-UI (MUI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a React developer with a strong understanding of Material-UI.
- Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gulp or Grunt and front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technical challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with localization and internationalization of web applications.
- Knowledge of another language is a plus.
