Experienced Machine Learning Engineer

Stepes seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in developing our intelligent translation management system. The successful candidate will leverage AI technologies to streamline language translation and project workflow automation while ensuring the delivery of high-quality translation services with speed and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our translation management system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand Stepes’ language translation business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning models.
  • Evaluate and improve existing models using data-driven techniques.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as deep learning and natural language processing.
  • Experience with developing and integrating machine learning models into production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
